About Us

Our Journey
Sam’s Tractor Run, previously known as Farmer Brown’s Tractor Run, first ran in 2013 being organised by Sam Brown and a small group of friends and family members as a way of raising money for a local charity; it was also an opportunity for friends and local vintage tractor enthusiasts to come together. 13 tractors took part in this event and we raised about £300.
Over the years the Tractor Run has grown into a significant fundraising event, raising thousands of pounds for a number of local charities or larger charities that have supported someone locally. Aside from the money raised the event brings the farming and local community together, from the volunteers who make it possible to the tractor drivers who take part and the public who come to support us. In 2025 136 tractors took part, both vintage and modern, producing a fantastic sight that was enjoyed by all.

Our hope for the future is to become more than just an annual tractor run by running a number of different events throughout the year. We are currently working towards achieving charitable status - this will allow us to support more than one charity per year by providing a platform that will allow donations to be passed between several charities or good causes across Lincolnshire.
