We are currently in the process of setting up the new charity 'Sam’s Tractor Run'. When we have completed this, we will have a dedicated bank account for donations, which can then be given to local causes. If you would like to know when we have lauched the new charity, please sign up to our mailing list at the foot of the page and we will send you the latest news.
Past Fundraising
We have always chosen a charity or a cause that has touched us or someone who we know personally or that would benefit our Lincolnshire community.
2021
We raised £2,341.78 for Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance, a vital service for Lincolnshire given the size and how rural the county is. Given the additional fact that Lincolnshire does not have a major trauma centre we felt that this was a vital charity to support.

2022
In memory of Ben Curry we raised £5,570.00, which was spilt between Scope for Boston & District and Grimsby Town Disabled Supporters Club, two charities that were important to Ben. Like our founder Sam, Ben had Cerebral Palsy and Scope is a charity that supports people with Cerebral Palsy. He loved sports and was a keen Grimsby Town supporter; Grimsby Town Disabled Supporters Club try to ensure that games are accessible for all.
2023
This year we chose the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance again raising £6,645.50, as before we felt that the Air Ambulance is a vital charity for Lincolnshire and a service that you want to be available if you need it. That was something that was brought home to us following a serious incident in Huttoft, where the casualty, who was known to us, was airlifted to a Nottingham hospital.
2024
In memory David Bedford we raised £10,200.27 for St Barnabas Hospice, Lincoln. St Barnabas Hospice provides hospice care across Lincolnshire and is an essential service for those needing end of life care and support for their families. This was very personal for our founder Sam as earlier in 2024 David great uncle received end of life care from St Barnabas' inpatient unit in Lincoln.
2025
£10,801.20 was raised by Sam's Tractor Run for Lincolnshire Rural Support Network - a charity supporting people within the agricultural and horticultural industries across Lincolnshire. The trustees felt that the Network was an appropriate choice of charity given the difficult circumstances that the farming community is currently facing. It allowed us to support a charity that is supporting the community that has done so much to make our fund-raising tractor runs so successful.
